ISSA is partnering with Green Sports Alliance (GSA), an organization that targets the sports market, to spread the word about how sports venues can reduce the health and environmental impacts associated with cleaning.
“ISSA is proud to team with Green Sports Alliance,” says ISSA Executive Director John Barrett. “It’s a great opportunity for us to support common goals related to promoting healthy, sustainable communities as well as fulfilling our brand promise to change the way the world views cleaning.”
ISSA and GSA first collaborated around the Greener Cleaning Playbook to provide professional and collegiate sports venue operators with a direct guide to implementing green cleaning programs.
Now, to further their joint support of the cleaning industry, ISSA and GSA are hosting a series of regional greener cleaning workshops across North America.
“The GSA is thrilled to have ISSA as the Presenting Sponsor of the GSA Greener Cleaning Workshop series,” says Justin Zeulner, GSA executive director and co-founder. “Venue operators and partners will gather to learn, share, and discuss how sports facilities can reduce the health and environmental threats associated with cleaning.”
A Chicago, IL, session will take place on Thursday, October 27, 2016, in conjunction with ISSA/INTERCLEAN, October 25 – 28, 2016, at McCormick Place. The Chicago program includes trade show admission, networking opportunities, a renowned keynote speaker, greener cleaning seminars, group discussions, and more.
