While finding green products used to be a challenge, now we’re fortunate to have thousands of them on the market. Ecolabels and standards have evolved to help buyers navigate the marketplace and choose appropriate products. Our new challenge? It can be difficult to tell which Ecolabels and standards are authentic and appropriate.
Recently, the US EPA announced the publication of Draft Guidelines for Product Environmental Performance Standards and Ecolabels for Voluntary Use in Federal Procurement. While the guidelines are designed to help federal purchasers (i.e. GSA); they may also help other public sector and private sector markets that rely on Ecolabels and standards to make decisions.
This FREE one hour webinar will be delivered by Alison Kinn Bennett, EPA Senior Advisor, who will provide an overview of the draft guidelines. Participants will then be able to ask live questions.
Join us, especially if you rely on ecolabels and standards, as a purchaser, manufacturer, product distributor, product user or advocate.
